Booking

MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING

We are currently taking bookings for our Summer 2017 shows and our one-off Curious Coincidence shows on 14th September 2017. To make a provisional booking for any of the shows, click here:

BOOK ONLINE HERE

For the Summer shows your provisional booking will be held until the end of May or three weeks from the date that you are sent an email confirmation of that booking, whichever is later. If you have not secured your seats (see below) by the agreed deadline, your seats will be released and could be taken up by another school. Out of respect to other schools, once you have made a provisional booking PLEASE let us know as soon as possible if you know you are not going to take up your full allocation.

Before making a booking for your school please read the terms and conditions that we apply to each event. These are not onerous but are designed to ensure that the maximum enjoyment is achieved by all participants.

If you have any general queries about the Maths Inspiration programme that you would like to clarify before booking please initially try the FAQs as they cover many of the points that have come up in past shows from both teachers and students. If you find you can't answer your question(s) there please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

SECURING YOUR SEATS

Your seats will be secure when either:

(a) You have confirmed your numbers and we have sent you an invoice for a BACS payment (at which point you are committed to pay in full) or

(b) you have downloaded the flyer (links below) and sent it to us with your cheque payable to "Maths Inspiration".

After your payment is received, you will be sent confirmation from us with more detailed instructions and information about the event.

Note that we do not issue tickets for shows. We make a record of the number of seats that you book, and have a registration desk at the venue.

If you encounter any difficulties in downloading the flyer please contact us and we will happily help you with the download or alternatively send you a copy by post.
