BOOKING

We are now taking provisional and firm bookings for our Autumn shows.

MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING

When making a provisional booking, there is no limit on how many places you can reserve (though we do ask you to be realistic). To make a provisional booking, e-mail us at mail@mathsinspiration.com.

Your booking is not confirmed until you have heard back from us, which should be within three days (maybe longer during a school holiday).

For all events, your provisional booking will be held for three weeks from the date that you are sent an email confirmation of that booking. If your due date falls within the school holidays, you have until the end of the third week of term to pay. Out of respect to other schools, once you have made a provisional booking PLEASE let us know as soon as possible if you find you are not going to take up your full allocation.

Before making a booking for your school please read the terms and conditions that we apply to each event. These are not onerous but are designed to ensure that the maximum enjoyment is achieved by all participants.

If you have any general queries about the
Maths Inspiration programme that you would like to clarify before booking please initially try the FAQs as they cover many of the points that have come up in past shows from both teachers and students. If you find you can't answer your question(s) there please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

MAKE A FIRM BOOKING

To make a firm booking you will need to download a booking form using the button on the right for any of the Autumn 2010 shows. Your booking is confirmed when you submit to us the completed booking form accompanied by your cheque. You will then receive confirmation from us with more detailed instructions and information.

The booking form is in PDF format and if you don't have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download one by using the link to the Adobe web site. If you encounter any difficulties in downloading a booking form please contact us and we will happily assist you with the download or alternatively send you a copy by post.
